Golden RH is a human resources specialist company offering recruitment and selection solutions. Focused on connecting talents with the right opportunities, it operates across various market segments. **Responsibilities:** Map and prospect hospitals, clinics, private healthcare networks, and other institutions in the healthcare sector. Identify and map decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Qualify leads according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), classifying them as FIT / SEMIFIT / BAD FIT. Conduct consultative conversations via phone, WhatsApp, and email, asking strategic questions. Record all interactions in CRM/spreadsheets and keep data consistently updated. Schedule visits only for qualified leads, transferring full context to the External Sales team. Maintain updated lead reports and statuses to ensure pipeline forecasting accuracy. Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, or Sales Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
