Job Summary: A Civil Engineering Analyst supervises construction site activities, monitors construction phases, supports planning and procurement, resolves non-conformities, and ensures technical compliance. Identify and resolve non-conformities and execution deviations **CIVIL ENGINEERING ANALYST** **Job Description:** Daily supervision of construction site activities. Supervise executive services and contractors to ensure technical compliance. Monitor execution of structural, electrical, and hydraulic phases in accordance with design documents and schedules. Complete and maintain updated construction diaries and technical reports. Support the planning department with physical progress information on the project. Participate in procurement and contracting processes together with the technical department. Monitor material and equipment usage to ensure efficiency and cost control. Identify and resolve any non-conformities and execution deviations. Maintain ongoing communication with procurement, planning, and technical management departments. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (active CREA registration). Proven experience in construction projects (preferably medium- or high-end projects). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (structural, electrical, and hydraulic). Proficiency in spreadsheets and construction control reports. Skills with software and tools \- Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, construction ERP systems, Power BI (a plus for monitoring and analyzing KPIs). Prior experience in cost control, quantity surveying, and physical-financial progress tracking is desirable. Must reside in Balneário Camboriú or nearby areas. Must have personal transportation (car or motorcycle), due to the project location in Camboriú. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, business hours.
