Job Summary: The professional will monitor and supervise daily site activities, ensuring technical compliance and execution control on high-end residential construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in planning, procurement, and technical management **Job Description:** Monitor daily site activities. Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance. Control the execution of structural, electrical, and hydraulic phases in accordance with project plans and schedules. Complete and maintain updated site diaries and technical reports. Support the planning department with physical progress information on the construction project. Participate in procurement and contracting processes jointly with the technical department. Monitor material and equipment usage to ensure efficiency and cost control. Identify and resolve non-conformities and execution deviations. Maintain constant communication with procurement, planning, and technical management departments. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (active CREA registration). Proven experience in construction projects (preferably mid- or high-end). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (structural, electrical, and hydraulic). Proficiency in spreadsheets and construction control reports. Skills with software and tools \- Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, construction ERP systems, Power BI – a plus for monitoring and analyzing KPIs. Prior experience in cost control, measurements, and physical-financial progress tracking is desirable. Must reside in Balneário Camboriú or nearby areas. Must have personal transportation (car or motorcycle), due to the construction site location in Camboriú. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, business hours.
