You will be responsible for delivering customer service and selling our services, scheduling appointments with potential customers via the company's WhatsApp and telephone. Responsibilities: Provide customer service via phone calls and chat (WhatsApp); assist patients with inquiries; support other tasks relevant to this role. * Conduct customer service and scheduling, aiming for prompt customer response; * Operate and update the system with information regarding customer interactions; * Handle customer service issues or escalate to second-level support as needed. * Organize professionals' schedules and confirm appointments with customers via phone or chat, identifying and addressing their needs. * Clarify inquiries, provide information about schedules and services, enter information into the system, and perform registration and updating of customer data.
