We are looking for someone who goes beyond the basics: possessing an ownership mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the technology environment with stability, agility, and consistency. **Responsibilities:** * Provide timely and accurate technical support to users (on-site and remote) * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment * Manage and organize IT assets (computers, peripherals, network devices) * Proactively prevent failures and downtime * Ensure standardization and organization of the technology environment * Support continuous infrastructure improvements **What We Expect From You:** * Genuine problem-solving ability (not just identification) * Organization and discipline in managing requests and equipment * Attention to detail (simple errors must not occur) * Strong communication skills with users (including under pressure) * Daily autonomy and accountability * Agility without compromising quality **Technical Requirements:** * Solid experience in technical support * Hardware knowledge (maintenance, diagnostics) * Networking knowledge (basic configuration, TCP/IP, routers) * Proficiency in operating systems (primarily Windows) * Software installation and configuration * Basic information security awareness **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in corporate environments * Knowledge of advanced servers or networks * Experience in IT asset management * Analytical and highly organized profile Compensation: R$1.620,00 - R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
