A consulting firm specializing in recruitment and selection is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Macaíba. **Responsibilities:** Will work at a civil construction company, performing the following activities: Responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and feedback). Conduct onboarding of new employees. Support training and development initiatives, executing them when necessary. Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, organizational climate, etc.). Provide support to managers on people management-related requests. Collaborate with the HR Administration team on personnel administration processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. Support performance evaluation and career development programs. Contribute to employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives. And other related duties. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
