Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and communicative IT Technician for maintenance, installation, and technical support to users in corporate and external environments. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support to users Grupo Natal Computer currently has an opening for an IT Technician. We seek a professional who is committed, communicative, and technically proficient—capable of performing diagnostics, maintenance, and support services with quality, representing the company professionally to clients. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, notebooks, and peripherals; * Install and configure operating systems, software, and equipment; * Assemble and configure computers; * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users; * Diagnose technical faults and propose solutions; * Configure equipment and systems in corporate environments; * Conduct internal and external support visits; * Record support interactions and technical information; * Guide users on proper usage of equipment and systems. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical training in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Valid driver's license (categories AB) required; * Availability for travel; * Knowledge of hardware, software, and computer maintenance; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in corporate technical support; * Knowledge of computer networks; * Experience in customer service; * Knowledge of IT infrastructure; * Certifications or complementary courses in the field.
