Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and communicative Printer Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and service with quality, representing the company professionally. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a committed, communicative, and technically skilled professional capable of performing diagnostics, maintenance, and service with quality, representing the company professionally to clients. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printers, copiers, and multifunction devices; * Install and configure related equipment and software; * Conduct technical diagnostics and resolve faults; * Provide on-site and remote technical support; * Configure equipment on networks and assist users in operating equipment; * Record service reports and technical information; * Perform external services and travel when required. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical training in Information Technology, Electrotechnics, or related fields; * Valid driver's license (categories AB) is mandatory; * Availability for travel; * Knowledge of printer and multifunction device maintenance; * Basic knowledge of software and equipment configuration. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with laser and inkjet printers; * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently; * Experience in customer service; * Interest in continuous learning and professional development.
