Basic Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role; Job Responsibilities: * **Development of physical and financial schedules** for the project, defining phases, deadlines, and execution sequences. * **Planning and control of resources**, including labor, materials, equipment, and outsourced services. * **Monitoring of construction progress**, comparing actual performance against planned targets and identifying schedule or cost deviations. * **Updating and revising schedules**, proposing adjustments when unforeseen events or design changes occur. * **Support in budget preparation**, quantity surveying, and cost control. * **Quantities take-off** from engineering drawings and technical specifications. * **Preparation of management reports** on physical progress, productivity, and overall project performance. * **Interface with civil engineers, site supervisors, suppliers, and contractors**, aligning information and priorities. * **Monitoring of contracts and services**, verifying deadlines and scope compliance; * **Participation in client meetings.** * **Support in compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards**, as required by law and company policy.
