Development of construction planning, budgeting, and scheduling **SEGMENT:** Civil Engineering **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** Stipend of R$ 900.00 \+ R$ 100.00 allowance **WORK SCHEDULE:** 30 hours per week **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering program from the 5th semester onward, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Driver's license (Category B) is desirable **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitoring construction budgets, schedules, and planning; supervising execution of horizontal and vertical residential construction projects; supporting technical and administrative routines on site
