Experience in field sales **FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE** We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded professional to join our distribution company as a Field Sales Representative. If you are driven by challenges, goals, and enjoy building relationships with customers, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect new customers; * Maintain and expand the existing active customer portfolio; * Conduct external visits to present and sell products; * Negotiate commercial terms and close sales; * Monitor orders, deliveries, and after-sales service; * Achieve company-established targets and performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Experience in field sales; * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Proactivity and organizational ability; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (preferred). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in distribution companies (cosmetics, food, hygiene/cleaning products, etc.); * Familiarity with the operational region.
