Here, we build careers and lasting bonds. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Patrol store premises, monitoring people movement to prevent or detect suspicious acts such as theft, vandalism, unauthorized product tasting, and other security incidents, as well as prevent visible losses. * Manage store security and loss prevention processes; * Administer risks, assess electronic and physical security systems; * Develop corporate policies and standards, creating loss reduction and prevention plans; * Conduct inventories and check\-lists on refrigerators and freezers; * Monitor goods receipt and dispatch. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Experience in asset security-related activities. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Strong attention to detail; * Organizational and problem-solving skills; * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. #### **Benefits:** * Monthly merit-based bonus tied to departmental results; * Birthday kit for employees to celebrate with their families. * Bradesco Dental Plan #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Rotating shift schedule of 6 days on / 1 day off, with fixed weekly day off; * Rotating shift schedule of 2 days on / 1 day off on Sundays.
