Here, we build careers and lasting bonds. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Patrol store premises, monitoring people’s movement to prevent or detect suspicious acts such as theft, vandalism, unauthorized product sampling, and other security incidents, as well as preventing visible losses. * Manage security and loss prevention processes in stores; * Administer risks, assess electronic and physical security systems; * Develop corporate policies and standards, creating plans for loss reduction and prevention; * Conduct inventories and check\-lists for refrigerators and freezers; * Monitor goods receipt and dispatch. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Experience in asset security-related activities. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Strong attention to detail; * Organizational and problem-solving skills; * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. #### **Benefits:** * Monthly merit-based bonus tied to departmental results; * Birthday kit for employees to celebrate with their families; * Bradesco Dental Plan. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating shift schedule of 6 days on / 1 day off, with a fixed weekly day off; * Rotating shift schedule of 2 days on / 1 day off on Sundays.
