Management of supplier relationships and document organization. The **Financial Assistant \- Accounts Payable** is responsible for supporting the company's daily financial operations, focusing on accounts payable control, bank transaction auditing, financial planning, issuance and organization of financial documents, and supplier relationship management—including submission of payment confirmations, invoice requests, and verification of bank account information. * Perform daily audits of bank statements for CIMSAL companies, identifying credits and debits. * + Prepare and update the company's financial planning. + Verify financial transactions executed the previous day. + Execute CNAB file movements with banks. + Issue documents in the Microsiga system, including checks and reports. + Organize fiscal, financial, and accounting documents for submission to the accounting department. + Generate daily and monthly reconciliation reports, such as issued-check reports. + Generate, save, and archive PDF payment confirmations in network folders. + Register supplier accounts and request invoices or bank account information when necessary. + Send payment confirmations to suppliers via e\-mail or WhatsApp. + Receive and forward financial amounts, checks, cash, and documents to the Finance Directorate. + Receive CIs and documents sent to the finance department. + Support the monitoring and training of apprentices. + Perform accounts payable scheduling, including borderô generation, invoice verification, and check issuance. + Clear paid invoices in the system after analysis and verification against bank statements. + Collect and deliver funds to saltworks for various payments, such as travel allowances and petty cash. + Reconcile and close credit card statements, including Santander and Itaú. + Timely communicate relevant information to supervisors and suggest process improvements within the department.
