Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for end-to-end management of cargo transportation, from carrier contracting and negotiation through shipment and unloading monitoring and follow-up, ensuring logistical efficiency. Responsibilities: 1\. **Carrier Management**: Contract and negotiate with carriers to secure optimal freight rates and transportation services. 2\. **Transportation Coordination**: Maintain constant communication with carriers and drivers to manage cargo transportation. 3\. **Logistics Documentation**: Issue and manage documentation required for customs clearance and cargo release, including freight invoices and Electronic Fiscal Invoices (NF\-e). 4\. **Vehicle Monitoring**: Track vehicles in transit in real time to ensure on-time and secure deliveries. 5\. **Driver Dispatch**: Locate drivers to optimize transportation and ensure routes comply with planning. 6\. **Issuance of Loading Orders and Fiscal Invoices;** 7\. **Shipment and Unloading Monitoring**: Monitor loading, transshipment, and unloading operations, keeping representatives or customers updated on delivery status. 8\. **Logistics Planning Support**: Assist in transportation planning and scheduling to ensure shipments occur according to established timelines. 9\. **Integration with Saltworks' PCP**: Collaborate with Production Planning and Control (PCP) teams at saltworks facilities to align and optimize shipments.
