Opportunity to address deviations and manage customer relationships **Description:** ---------------- **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate restaurant operations, supporting production, service, and self-service organization. * Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational controls. * Support operational team management. * Assist in monitoring KPIs, operational reports, and administrative routines. * Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to resolve deviations and manage customer relationships. * Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational safety, and operational standards. **Requirements:** * Required: Technical or undergraduate program currently in progress in Nutrition, Administration, Logistics, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Training in Good Food Handling Practices, Operational Leadership, or Quality Management. **Knowledge and Skills (Preferred):** * Practical knowledge of food production. * Basic understanding of inventory control, warehousing, and inbound/outbound registration systems. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in spreadsheets and control systems. Understanding of hygiene, food safety, and food handling regulations. * **Preferred:** * Practical experience in large-scale food production. * Understanding of hygiene, food safety, and food handling regulations. Experience managing teams in food production environments. * **Advantageous:** * Experience coordinating teams in food production environments. * Familiarity with ERP systems or logistical control spreadsheets.
