Job Summary: Professional to support field scientists in conducting agricultural trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating with the R&D team. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to field scientists in agricultural trials 2. Development of trials in compliance with regulatory requirements 3. Collaboration with the Research and Development team **RESPONSIBILITIES:** A. Provide direct daily support to field scientists for executing field trials during the agricultural season; B. Prepare trial areas according to protocols previously defined by the client; C. Perform planting, crop management, application of products under evaluation, efficacy assessment, and harvesting of trial plots; D. Provide indirect support in transmitting data to the client's data systems; E. Provide direct support in trial development, ensuring compliance with IN36/42 regulations; F. Ensure adherence to Somar Agro’s and the client’s safety and compliance standards. G. Support the client’s Research and Development team with information for activities reserved exclusively for employees, such as external presentations, decision-making meetings, and local business support, among others. **REQUIREMENTS:** Agronomist Engineer or Biologist with experience in product research and development; English proficiency desirable; postgraduate degree or master’s degree preferred. **BENEFITS:** Salary Health Insurance Dental Insurance Gympass Life Insurance. **LOCATION:** Indianópolis\-MG
