Supporting customers to ensure a positive shopping experience **About the position:** * The store operator is the professional responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the establishment, focusing on excellence in customer service, store organization, and restocking of merchandise. Duties include processing sales transactions, accepting payments (cash, credit/debit cards, and PIX), and issuing fiscal receipts—ensuring purchases are completed efficiently, securely, and accurately. Key responsibilities also include restocking and organizing products on shelves, checking product expiration dates, pricing items, managing inventory, and assisting with stocktaking.
