The professional will supervise the warehouse staff, conduct periodic inventories, and ensure compliance with deadlines as well as quality in controlling goods receipts and shipments. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the inventory team. * Control and monitor the flow of goods receipts and shipments. * Conduct periodic inventories and ensure record accuracy. * Implement and optimize storage and distribution processes. * Analyze inventory reports and identify improvement opportunities. * Ensure warehouse area organization and cleanliness. * Collaborate with other departments to meet demand and minimize stockouts. * Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in warehouse supervision or logistics. * Leadership and team management skills. * Knowledge of inventory control and warehousing processes. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP or others). * High school diploma; a degree in Logistics or related fields is a plus. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Transportation allowance and meal voucher. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
