Implementation of technologies to optimize processes ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Supervise product dispatch and dispatch-related processes; * Monitor overall department performance and drive team development; * Promote integration and collaboration between the department and other company areas; * Implement new technologies and procedures to automate processes, making management more agile and efficient; * Manage departmental operational and budgetary resources; * Size the team according to operational needs; * Disseminate and strengthen the company's organizational culture among employees. Requirements and Qualifications ***REQUIREMENTS*** ***Required*** * Completed High School; * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics processes and leadership. ***Desirable*** * Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Production Engineering, or Logistics (in progress); * Warehouse, Logistics, Dispatch, or related supervision experience. ***Skills*** * Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office; * Organization, leadership spirit, good communication, and interpersonal skills; * Advanced Microsoft Office; * Systemic vision, resilience, and proactivity.
