Work environment that values proactivity and teamwork. **Cargo and Unloading Helper / Operational Assistant Job Description:** We are hiring a dynamic professional to work at the heart of our logistics operation. The primary focus will be the physical handling of goods and general support to the fleet and warehouse teams, ensuring agility and safety in inbound and outbound flows. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform manual or mechanized **unloading and loading** of goods; * Provide direct **vehicle maneuvering support** in the yard and at loading docks, ensuring safety and correct positioning; * Directly support **picking and verification teams** in executing their tasks; * Maintain yard and warehouse organization, keeping the area clean and free of obstacles; * Internally move materials to facilitate picking (order preparation). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferred); * Physical fitness for loading and unloading activities; * Proactive profile and ability to work well in a team; * Prior experience in logistics or yard operations is considered an advantage.
