Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** **DATA:** GS: 14 Location: Betim - MG Applications until: 01/25/2026 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Monitor fixed and variable costs of the Distribution Center (DC); * Serve internal and external customers in conflict situations and high-complexity scenarios; * Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, aiming for greater efficiency and cost reduction; * Manage CAPEX; * Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers of raw materials, transportation companies, and third-party service providers to ensure high-quality services at efficient costs; * Prepare materials such as presentations and reports for management review; * Ensure effective inventory management, including periodic and official inventories with expected accuracy levels; * Maintain facility infrastructure and equipment; * Ensure facility compliance with applicable regulations and standards, performing required renewals and following Suzano’s established process procedures; * Lead the logistics team, fostering a diverse environment, developing team members, and implementing recognition initiatives.
