Key Responsibilities: * Conduct consultative sales of pet insurance plans * Proactively prospect clients (in-person, by phone, and/or digitally) * Provide customer service focused on experience and relationship building * Follow up on leads and close sales * Meet sales targets and performance metrics ? Requirements: * Sales experience (experience in service sales is a plus) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented profile * Proficiency in public-facing customer service ?
