Additionally, we offer multiple service channels, including physical stores, an online store, telesales, and WhatsApp. We also partner with renowned platforms such as Rappi, Mercado Livre, Shopee, and Magazine Luiza, among others. **We are looking for a Procurement Specialist**, who will request and place orders for required products, follow up on deliveries of purchased items, contact suppliers, participate in supplier certification and disqualification processes, conduct cost-benefit analyses, plan procurement of products, services, and equipment according to production demand and business decisions, negotiate with suppliers while evaluating pricing and delivery timelines, issue purchase orders in the system—including all necessary product and service specifications for suppliers, plan and monitor maintenance activities, control physical inventory and warranties, keep supplier and service registration spreadsheets updated, understand the customer’s actual needs and functional requirements, analyze the supplier market, assess total cost of ownership, identify and propose potential supply models, issue RFIs and RFQs, research prices of products needed for component manufacturing—aiming to achieve optimal cost-benefit for the company, manage supplier purchase contracts to ensure compliance with agreed timelines and contractual clauses, track issued purchase orders to detect any discrepancies occurring during the process, obtain quotations from service providers to meet departmental demands, support clients interested in developing scheduled collections—ensuring all information is clearly and completely communicated to suppliers—and monitor development progress to guarantee agreed delivery dates with clients (samples, shipping date, etc.). **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Requesting quotations from potential suppliers and evaluating the best proposals. * Negotiating with suppliers. * Issuing purchase orders in the system. * Tracking placed orders and verifying deliveries. * Managing the procurement portfolio by reviewing and analyzing the supplier database to identify new opportunities. * Implementing contracts jointly with the legal team. * Developing and monitoring performance indicators. * Other related duties. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in procurement. * Experience in service contracting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Accounting, or related fields. **SOFT SKILLS** * High adaptability to change. * Communication. * Teamwork. * Emotional and social intelligence. * Productivity. * Autonomy. * Collaboration. * Commitment. * Patience. * Responsibility. **WORK HOURS** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. **COMPENSATION** * R$2,408.25 (monthly). **BENEFITS** * Health insurance. * Fuel allowance. * Life insurance. * Transportation voucher. * Performance bonuses. * Attendance bonus. * Career development plan. **If you are a committed professional, motivated by challenges, and focused on expanding your professional horizons with excellence, join our team!!!
