Since entering the market in 2013, we operate over 40 stores across Brazil, combining design, innovation, and functionality. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Customer service, both in-store and digital * Store visual organization and maintenance * Identification of sales opportunities * Monitoring of goals and performance indicators * Participation in ongoing training programs ### **Requirements** * Passion for sales and focus on results * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Retail experience * Completed high school education * Affinity with technology (preferred) ### **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed monthly salary of BRL 1,758.00 or 4% commission on monthly sales (whichever is higher) * Monthly performance bonus of up to BRL 1,000.00, with weekly performance tracking * Weekly store spotlight bonus (PA): BRL 700.00 per month, based on weekly recognition * Bonus for exceeding targets: BRL 50.00 for each 10% above target (no upper limit) * Meal allowance of BRL 16.50 per day * Transportation allowance * UNILOFT training platform * Brand product discounts * Potential monthly earnings exceeding BRL 3,000.00 ### **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working hours: 44 hours per week * Shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off **Apply via our platform and grow your career with LOFT DESIGN.** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
