It is not just "making calls"—it is about understanding the reason for departure, applying objection-handling techniques, and ensuring customers feel the value of being with us again. Key Responsibilities: \* Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the reactivation consultant team. \* Indicator Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average ticket value, and churn. \* Commercial Strategy: Develop campaigns and outreach scripts specifically designed for customer recovery. \* Quality Monitoring: Ensure service delivery meets Carvisa's excellence standards. \* Results Reporting: Present periodic performance reports to the Commercial Directorate. What We Are Looking For (Requirements): \* Proven experience leading sales, collections, or retention teams. \* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. \* Resilient profile, goal-oriented, and highly driven. \* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. \* Experience in Vehicle Protection or recurring services is preferred.
