Job Summary: Supervise installation teams, ensuring service quality, adherence to deadlines, technical guidance, compliance with safety regulations, material control, and resolution of operational issues. Manage material control and address operational issues **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus); * Prior experience as an Installation Supervisor; * Proficiency with inventory control systems and spreadsheets; * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and proactivity. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for supervising installation teams to ensure service quality and adherence to scheduled deadlines. Monitor field staff performance, assign tasks, provide technical guidance to the team, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
