Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to verify, record, and validate invoices, ensuring tax compliance and collaborating closely with Finance, Procurement, and Suppliers. Opportunity to enhance skills in tax validation and ERP systems We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and highly analytical professional to perform **invoice verification, recording, and validation** for products and services. The Assistant will be responsible for ensuring **tax compliance**, maintaining document flow aligned with current legislation, and collaborating integrally with **Finance, Procurement, and Suppliers**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, organize, and verify incoming and outgoing invoices; * Validate mandatory tax data (CNPJ, CFOP, CST, tax rates, etc.); * Cross-check NF-e against purchase orders and contracts; * Support payment processes by ensuring correct and approved documentation; * Record NF-e in the ERP system according to tax regulations; * Liaise with suppliers for adjustments and corrections; * Organize and archive tax documents within required deadlines; * Support Finance and Tax teams in closing routines and reporting. **Requirements:** Prior experience in finance, preferably focused on Invoices; Experience in the vehicle leasing sector is a plus. Basic knowledge of applicable taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS, among others); Experience recording invoices in ERP systems (preferably Totvs, SAP, Protheus or similar) is a plus; Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (sorting, filtering, simple formulas); Familiarity with querying and validating electronic tax documents (SEFAZ, Sintegra, etc.); **Education:** * Completed high school (technical education or enrollment in a degree program in Administration, Accounting, or related fields) is preferred.
