Join Our Team! **Main Responsibilities:** Handle all tickets assigned by the client within the established timeframe using Service\-Now: Hardware maintenance; Software installation, configuration, and removal; Collection, installation, and relocation of assets; Machine formatting and updates; Configuration of mobile phones and tablets; Configuration of conventional and thermal printers; Support for local employees; Support for meetings in conference rooms; Installation and maintenance in conference rooms; Requirements: **Requirements:** Knowledge of: Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office 365; Computer hardware maintenance; LAN and WIFI networks; Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra; Experience with ticket management systems: Service\-Now, Zendesk, Movidesk, Altiris, Atlassian, and others; Easy access to the "Cachoeira" neighborhood in Sarzedo; **Advantages:** Experience providing support in corporate environments; Advanced English; Knowledge of ITIL; Knowledge of video conferencing systems: Logitech, Yealink, Cisco, Crestron; **Education:** Bachelor's degree in IT, completed or in progress; **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 40 hours per week.** Benefits Meal and food allowance (We use the Flash Card for our benefits); Mobility allowance; Health insurance: SulAmerica (Private Room / National \- Monthly Coverage: 100%); Group life insurance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Birthday day off; Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Partnership with Open English .
