Job Summary: A professional responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and electronic systems of light and heavy vehicles, ensuring their proper operation and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and repair of vehicle electrical and electronic systems. 2. Diagnosis and resolution of issues in diesel electrical systems. 3. Installation and calibration of electrical accessories and electronic systems. · Use specialized diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues in vehicle electrical systems, including alternators, starter motors, and fuel injection systems; · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, such as inspection and replacement of fuses, batteries, and other electrical components; · Repair or replace damaged electrical components, such as lighting systems, ignition systems, and charging systems; · Install additional electrical accessories, such as audio systems, GPS devices, and other electronic equipment; · Adjust and calibrate electronic systems to ensure correct and efficient operation; · Ensure all safety- and comfort-related systems—such as airbags and climate control systems—are functioning properly; · Assist mechanics with diagnostics and replacement of electromechanical equipment. REQUIREMENTS ✔ Technical qualification in Electrical or Diesel Electronics. ✔ Experience in light and heavy vehicle maintenance. Mandatory: ✔ Knowledge of diesel engine electrical systems.
