KEY CHALLENGES: Lead and coordinate the team, proposing new ideas and process improvements, and monitoring Front Office financial operations performance, including spot foreign exchange, foreign exchange derivatives, investments, loans, and capital market instruments; Negotiate terms and conditions for financial transactions with counterparties; Monitor and manage bank credit lines, ensuring availability and optimized utilization; Assess risks and opportunities and ensure compliance with Group policies; Review and negotiate financial contracts with banks and other stakeholders; Serve as the primary point of contact for the team with financial stakeholders (e.g., banks, brokers, institutional investors); Conduct research on the financial and economic environment and prepare macroeconomic presentations in Spanish and English for various audiences; Perform analyses and provide recommendations based on market trends and companies’ needs and risk profiles; Prepare monthly financial reports for the Executive Board. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA in Finance; Experience in corporate finance and/or treasury; Strong knowledge of financial markets and instruments, including investments, derivatives, and credit lines; Proficiency in drafting formal documentation for financial contracts and transactions; Advanced English; Experience with the Bloomberg terminal; Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
