Job Summary: The Pedagogical Assistant supports school leadership, organizes institutional operations, monitors activities, and provides assistance to students, families, and teachers. We are seeking a **Pedagogical Assistant** to support the pedagogical leadership, contributing to institutional organization, activity monitoring, project and event support, teacher recruitment processes, and assistance to students and families. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist the pedagogical leadership with administrative educational tasks; organize pedagogical materials; monitor and support the teaching plan; assist in planning and executing school events; conduct teacher selection processes; support students and teachers in the classroom; substitute for teachers when urgently required; monitor student attendance; assist in developing projects; and provide support to teachers, students, coordinators, coordination assistants, and parents or guardians (school community). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in **Pedagogy**, **Languages**, **Education**, or related fields (completed or in progress). **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Prior experience in school environments, educational centers, or pedagogical support roles. * Knowledge of teaching methodologies (traditional, constructivist, socio-interactionist, active learning, etc.). * Familiarity with developing and updating teaching materials, lesson plans, and pedagogical reports. * Basic understanding of educational legislation (BNCC, curriculum guidelines, institutional assessment). **Tools and Technologies** * Proficiency with productivity tools: **Google Workspace**, **Microsoft Office**. * Ability to navigate and use digital and multimedia resources for pedagogical support. **Interpersonal and Behavioral Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and effective time management. * Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, coordinators, and families. * Proactivity in supporting pedagogical routines, school events, and projects. * Empathy and a welcoming attitude. **Additional Information** * **Work schedule:** As per the institution’s roster. * **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) contract. * **Work location:** On-site at school units. **Benefits offered:** * Transportation allowance. * Meal voucher or food allowance. * Health insurance (co-payment plan). * Full tuition scholarship for children (child or adolescent — after 6 months of employment). **We aim to expand each student’s world by cultivating a passion for learning English.** For 55 years, we have dedicated ourselves to making the learning journey of children and adolescents unforgettable.
