Continuous order analysis for performance improvement **Responsibilities and Activities:** Leads and monitors the daily performance of the internal sales team, organizing tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring standardized customer service. Actively follows up with customers, providing support during negotiations and resolving commercial pending issues. Conducts continuous analysis of sales orders entered by each sales representative in the system, identifying bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and the need for interventions.
