We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in the Operations department in Contagem, providing support for the department's administrative routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain physical and digital document archives always updated and correctly identified. * Enter operational and administrative information into management systems (ERP). * Support the Procurement department with quotations, controls, and supplier monitoring. * Perform verification and digitization of Fiscal Invoices, ensuring accurate information for financial flow. * Support other administrative activities within the department as directed by leadership. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education (preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields). * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * Must reside in Contagem or have easy access to the area. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with administrative routines and document control. * Basic knowledge of Fiscal Invoices and ERP systems. **Desired Behavioral Competencies:** Organization, attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication, and accuracy in handling information.
