Job Summary: The Technical Assistant will inspect the condition, documentation, and infrastructure of properties, compare values, and draft reports. Key Highlights: 1. Draft reports to determine estimated value We are a company founded after 4 years of investing in real estate auctions, and today we advise investors across Brazil on property acquisitions. **TECHNICAL ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** * Inspect the conservation condition and characteristics of properties. * Verify regularization documents, tax status, and possible encumbrances. * Assess urban infrastructure at property locations. * Compare property values practiced in the same region. * Update CRM system. * Draft reports to determine estimated value. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in the real estate market, whether in lead generation, leasing, sales, or appraisal. * Typing proficiency. * Fluency in formal spoken and written Portuguese. * Availability for in-person work in Belo Horizonte. **Benefits:** * CLT contract \- Monday to Friday, business hours. * Career development plan * Salary R$ 1\.800,00 \+ bonuses * Transportation voucher (VT) with no payroll deduction * Meal voucher (VR) R$ 30.00 per day with no payroll deduction * Health insurance plan without copayment after probation period. * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Operations
