Schedule appointments and issue service orders. Prepare estimates according to customer requirements. Verify credit status in the system and support the collections department. Monitor vehicles in the workshop and inform customers of service status. Issue new invoices and follow up with customers. Register new customer data or update existing customer information in the system.
