We are growing and currently seeking a Customer Success Intern. **\|** **\| Opportunity Mission \|** As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, as well as helping identify opportunities to improve the products and services we offer. **\| General Objectives \|** * **Understand the Product/Service:** Gain deep knowledge of Softruck’s products/services, their features, benefits, and value to customers. * **Develop Communication Skills:** Learn to communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat. * **Master Customer Success Tools:** Become familiar with and proficient in using tools such as CRM (Hubspot), ticketing systems, and other relevant platforms. * **Understand Customer Needs:** Learn to identify and understand customer needs, seeking appropriate solutions to meet them. * **Develop Problem-Solving Skills:** Enhance your ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and satisfactorily, aiming to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. * **Work Collaboratively:** Collaborate with other members of the Customer Success team, sharing knowledge and working together to achieve common goals. \| **Activities and Responsibilities:** \| * **Training and Onboarding:** Participate in introductory training on company products/services, customer support processes, cross-selling and upselling, as well as contract adjustment procedures. * **Support in Customer Service and Sales:** Assist team members in customer interactions by responding to simple inquiries, identifying opportunities for additional sales during customer engagements, and helping draft upgrade or add-on service proposals. * **Cross-Selling and Upselling:** Actively participate in cross-selling and upselling initiatives, identifying upsell opportunities during customer interactions, presenting additional benefits of products/services, and closing deals when appropriate. * **Contract Adjustments:** Collaborate with the team in drafting and adjusting customer contracts, ensuring requested changes align with company policies and customer needs. * **Data Analysis:** Conduct basic analyses of data related to cross-selling, upselling, and contract adjustments, identifying customer behavior patterns and improvement opportunities. **\| Behavioral Profile and Requirements \|** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration * From the 8th semester onward * Availability to work 6 hours per day between 08:00 and 18:00 * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing * Initiative to anticipate customer needs and proactively address them * Focus on achieving customer success goals and ensuring customer satisfaction * Ability to identify and resolve problems creatively and effectively * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently * ?
