We are seeking an Educational Psychologist to work on-site, promoting inclusion, mental health, and student retention through interventions and pedagogical support.

We are looking for an **Educational Psychologist** to work on-site, contributing to initiatives focused on inclusion, mental health, and student retention.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Planning and implementing individual and/or group interventions to overcome barriers in the educational process;
* Collaborating with Specialized Educational Support (AEE) in developing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and curriculum adaptations;
* Advising teachers and families on inclusive strategies and appropriate pedagogical practices;
* Implementing preventive and educational actions targeting mental health, well-being, and student retention;
* Working integrally with multidisciplinary teams;
* Preparing technical reports, opinions, and maintaining updated records of all interventions;
* Participating in meetings, institutional training sessions, and other pedagogical activities;
* Ensuring confidentiality and professional ethics throughout all stages of service delivery.
**Working hours:**
* 20 hours per week \- Tuesday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM / Wednesday: 2:00–8:00 PM / Thursday: 2:00–8:00 PM / Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
**What we seek:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology;
* Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and/or Mental Health;
* Experience in Specialized Educational Support (AEE);
* Clinical experience in mental health is considered a plus;
* Proficiency in diagnostic tools and methodologies for identifying learning difficulties and disorders;
* Ability to develop individualized psychopedagogical and educational intervention plans;
* Aptitude for identifying learning barriers and developing assistive resources and technologies;
* Sensitivity, empathy, and ability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary settings.
