Our philosophy is to offer customers the best products available in the market while ensuring agility both in sales and delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage UNIFP (Learning Platform), validating learning paths that best align with identified needs and ensuring resources remain up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with employee requirements; * Collaborate with departmental leaders across the company to identify learning and development needs, facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions (including webinars, lectures, and workshops), ensuring an effective and interactive learning experience for participants; * Develop high-quality learning content (including multimedia resources, guides, courses, and communication materials) and measure educational program effectiveness through performance assessments, participant feedback, and performance indicator analysis; * Provide guidance and support to managers and team leaders via PDI (Individual Development Plan) follow-up, encouraging continuous employee development; * Establish strategic partnerships with external vendors and subject-matter experts to conduct benchmarking and enrich educational programs; * Actively support the design and implementation of diversity programs, tools, and initiatives to promote awareness of this topic; * Support the creation of strategies for learning-related programs (including Career Planning, Succession Planning, and Competency-Based Management), providing guidance to stakeholders on opportunities that drive technical and behavioral competency development, innovation, and organizational transformation; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of modern learning practices (including e-learning, microlearning, and talent development strategies) * Ability to create easily understandable content * Content creation tools (PowerPoint and e-learning platforms) * Training facilitation skills, with adaptability to diverse audiences and learning styles **Desirable:** * Graphic design tools **Additional Information** At FRIOPEÇAS, we believe the company’s success is directly linked to the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
