Monitoring of training indicators, PDIs, and feedback The nightclub seeks a Training and Development Analyst in Belo Horizonte (Buritis). **Responsibilities:** Identifying training needs in collaboration with departments. Monitoring the implementation of development initiatives. Developing support materials and action plans. Monitoring training indicators, PDIs, and feedback. Participating in performance evaluations. Overseeing training infrastructure and quality. Implementing gamification on the training platform to drive innovation and engagement in the learning experience. Previous experience as a Talent Development Specialist, Training Consultant, Training Coordinator, or Corporate Education Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
