Supervision and monitoring of services **JOB: OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** -------------------------------- **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Base:** Glória Neighborhood **Companies:** Interfort and Servite We are hiring an **Operational Supervisor** to manage outsourced teams, supporting staff including **security guards, doormen, receptionists**, among others, with emphasis on administrative and operational routines. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision and monitoring of service posts * On-site visits and client support * Direct communication with clients such as **TJMG, TRT, Federal Police, Chamber of Deputies BH, Claro**, among others * Adjustment and verification of time sheets * Recording of overtime and additional hours * Staff allocation and reassignment * Guidance, issuance of warnings, and support in covering vacancies * Handling of idle time and operational demands ### **Mandatory Requirement:** * ️ **Availability for travel** ### **Remuneration and Benefits:** Salary: R$ 3.393,79 + 30% hazard pay Meal Allowance: R$ 26.27/day Food Basket: R$ 202.00 Health and dental insurance Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Category B
