Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician with experience in infrastructure construction projects to work on accident prevention and implementation of NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras). Skills in organization, planning, and communication We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician for Belo Horizonte **Requirements:** * Completed high school education — Technical Course in Occupational Safety registered with the Ministry of Labor (M.T.E.) is mandatory. * Minimum 12 months’ experience in infrastructure construction projects. * Proven prior experience with risk analysis skills and knowledge of NR application. * Knowledge of administrative processes relevant to the role — report preparation, issuance of CAT (Comunicação de Acidente do Trabalho), etc. * Registration with the Ministry of Labor required. **Technical Knowledge:** * Legislation and Regulations: knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations in the field of occupational safety * Knowledge of accident prevention practices. * Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel and Word): used for spreadsheet development, report writing, and process control. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency is a plus. **Interpersonal Skills:** * Ability to organize and plan effectively. * Strong communication skills to interact with field teams, engineers, suppliers, and clients. * Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. * Teamwork orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **Other Requirements:** * Employment type: Permanent CLT contract. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B and practical driving experience.
