Job Summary: Supervise the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, receive and deliver mail, and ensure the security and order of the premises. Key Highlights: 1. Security monitoring and control systems RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles; Receive, identify, and escort visitors to their intended recipients; Open and close building facilities (gate, airlock, door); Control and manage the receipt and delivery of mail and cargo for residents via system or logbook; Ensure the security and order of the premises; Communicate with other staff members and the building manager; Monitor elevator usage and prevent misuse; Operate intercoms and supervise their use; Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems; Maintain the incident logbook; Prepare daily shift reports; Control access of vehicles and personnel; Register personnel in the system or manually.
