Job Summary: Provide direct support to ophthalmologists, organize materials, guide patients, and ensure efficiency and quality in ophthalmological care. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to ophthalmologists during consultations, examinations, and procedures. 2. Preparation of consultation rooms, examination rooms, and ophthalmological equipment. 3. Courteous patient care, respecting humanization protocols. Provide direct support to ophthalmologists during consultations, examinations, and procedures; organize materials and medical records; guide patients regarding initial instructions; and ensure efficiency and quality in ophthalmological care. Prepare consultation rooms, examination rooms, and ophthalmological equipment. Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures. Guide patients on preparations and pre\- and post\-examination instructions. Accompany patients through internal workflows (triage, examinations, follow\-up visits, discharge). Record information in physical medical records and digital systems. Perform ophthalmological tests and examinations under supervision (when qualified). Organize materials, supplies, and equipment used in procedures. Monitor expiration dates and storage conditions of materials. Ensure hygiene, safety, and maintenance of clinical instruments and environments. Provide courteous patient care, respecting humanization protocols. Comply with biosafety standards, LGPD, and clinical protocols. Support triage, referrals, and coordination with medical and nursing teams. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service efficiency. Adhere to company policies, processes, and guidelines, including the Code of Conduct and established Quality Standards. Maintain confidentiality of internal information whenever required, as well as information inherent to each role, ensuring data, document, and organizational procedure confidentiality. Support other departmental and institutional activities as needed, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.
