The role involves managing employee documentation, registrations, and records, as well as supporting HR administration routines such as payroll processing, benefits administration, vacation management, and time tracking control. The professional will also provide administrative support to employees, delivering clear, courteous, and objective clarifications. Key responsibilities include organizing and updating physical and digital files, supporting onboarding and departmental training processes, and assisting with recruitment and selection activities. It is essential that the professional consistently adheres to internal procedures, prioritizing confidentiality, ethics, and discretion in handling information. Preference will be given to candidates currently enrolled in or having interrupted undergraduate studies in Accounting, Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
