Humanized reception and teamwork. **Responsible for organizing routines, managing documents, controlling basic financial flows (accounts payable/receivable, invoices), attending to customers/suppliers, and supporting departments such as HR and logistics, assisting departments in their daily routines.** Confirm medical schedules on a weekly and daily basis. Monitor physicians’ attendance and punctuality. Provide humanized reception and empathetic listening. Verify the condition of the clinic before the physician’s arrival. Prepare daily reports and records per physician and concierge. Collect and organize data to populate production spreadsheets. Publish and control the daily medical schedule. Collaborate with concierges and coordination as part of a team. Monitor occupancy across all medical schedules of the units, conducting daily assessments. Open, block, and adjust schedules according to demand, releasing dates and time slots for appointment bookings. Carry out scheduling requests from the commercial department (parliamentary scheduling). Assist in organizing and verifying information within the scheduling system. Support the team in the patient care workflow, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Comply with the company’s internal policies, processes, and guidelines, including the Code of Conduct and established quality standards. Maintain confidentiality of internal information whenever necessary, as well as information inherent to each function, safeguarding the confidentiality of data, documents, and organizational procedures. Support other departmental and institutional activities as required, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.
