**Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Operate the company’s vehicle during field activities, holding a Category B driver’s license. * Respond to emergency corrective and preventive service calls at buildings located in Belo Horizonte and its Metropolitan Region, adhering to SLAs established by the Company. * Support other external network areas (Fiber and HFC), in synergy with the MDU team of Belo Horizonte and its Metropolitan Region. * Follow processes to deliver results and achieve the Company’s goals, after onboarding and technical training for these activities. * Comply with safety regulations NR10 and NR35, using PPEs and collective protective equipment provided by the Company, as instructed during training. * Properly safeguard and use consumables supplied by the Company, essential for executing field activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective; demonstrates interest and curiosity about customers, their behaviors, and preferences to meet and exceed their expectations; * Shows a continuous commitment to learning, teaching, and developing, contributing to a relaxed, respectful, and collaborative environment that encourages diversity; * Is flexible enough to move beyond existing paradigms and mental models; seeks innovative and sustainable solutions to create competitive advantages for the business, balancing economic, environmental, and social interests. **To join our team, the following are essential:** ------------------------------------------------ * Reside in Belo Horizonte or its surrounding areas (with easy access). * Experience in Telecom networks (HFC and GPON/Fiber). * Language: Portuguese. * Technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, or related technical fields (a university degree is not mandatory). * Certification: technical education. **Preferred Qualifications:** ------------------ * Knowledge of HFC and Optical Fiber networks and their infrastructures, including field experience, ability to read respective network project documents, and perform calculations based on measurements and interpretation of network infrastructure circuits. * Experience in maintaining Telecom services (HFC and GPON) for residential, commercial, and corporate customers, including reading project documentation for such networks. * Certification: hands-on experience in Telecom, particularly in field service operations. **Additional Information** **Job Details** -------------------- * Functional Classification: AO4 * Directorate: REGIONAL OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE * Department: LE MDU MAINTENANCE MGCB4 * Hiring Manager: CLAYTON CESAR MACHADO At **Claro, people are one of our core values.** Guided by this principle, we continuously invest in the health, well-being, and quality of life of our employees!
