




Job Summary: The professional will make active and inbound calls, schedule vehicle appointments, register customers in systems, and perform prospecting to achieve scheduling targets. Make active and inbound phone calls; schedule vehicle appointments; register customers in the Apollo/Bravos system; regularly monitor all web-based appointment channels available to customers, including online booking, email, WhatsApp, etc. Effectively manage prospecting lists for active scheduling; daily pursuit of active scheduling goals; periodic contact with customers, including those outside their warranty period. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday hours differ. Must have easy access to the Estoril neighborhood in Belo Horizonte.
