Job Summary: This professional will greet and assist customers, register data, support customer flow control, display vehicles, register customer information, and handle phone calls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. No experience required in this field. Greet and assist customers, directing them to sales consultants; register customer data and complaints upon their entry and exit from the company; assist in managing customer flow as defined by the department; assist in placing new vehicles in the display area; assist in verifying vehicles on display; register customers in systems; answer phone calls; assist management when necessary; participate in training sessions and updates to enhance knowledge of products and services. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday with different hours. Must have easy access to the Estoril neighborhood in Belo Horizonte.
