Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing production scheduling and execution, coordinating teams, ensuring quality and safety, and aligning strategies with the executive board. Strategic collaboration with the executive board for alignment **Main Responsibilities** ✔ Schedule weekly and daily production; ✔ Enter production schedules into the system and direct production stages; ✔ Coordinate staff to count raw material inventory and relay information to the purchasing department; ✔ Communicate daily production demands to the production supervisor for product organization; ✔ Verify daily packaging inventory, adjusting quantities according to production and delivery demands; ✔ Conduct weekly team meetings to communicate daily demands, provide guidance, and identify potential bottlenecks—maintaining ongoing communication throughout the day to clarify doubts; ✔ Receive daily orders, analyze them, and organize fulfillment in accordance with the sales plan; ✔ Guide and direct the team to pack products into boxes according to daily order specifications, ensuring compliance with sales agreements and packaging criteria; ✔ Identify products to be prepared for same-day delivery, organizing and directing whether they should be stored in boxes or packaging; ✔ Train new production staff to comply with internal regulations and adhere to production safety and quality standards; ✔ Ensure team members use personal protective equipment, consistently providing guidance and verifying requirements to safeguard employee well-being and product quality; ✔ Maintain close communication throughout the day to prevent delivery delays; ✔ Attend weekly meetings with the Executive Board to align and plan next week’s production, clarify questions, offer suggestions, and record key issues relevant to this role; ✔ Investigate product errors attributed to this department, analyzing possible process or team-related failures, consistently guiding staff and pursuing best practices. ✔ Perform other duties related to the position as directed by management. **3.1 – Technical Competencies:** **Experience in the sanitation industry is a plus** Education: Completed bachelor’s degree or related field.
