Job Summary: A professional responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring acquisitions meet requirements for timeline, cost, quality, and compliance, while strategically negotiating with suppliers. Develop suppliers and pursue cost reduction **About the Position** This professional will be responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring all acquisitions meet the company's established requirements for timeline, cost, quality, and compliance. The role involves direct interaction with internal departments and domestic suppliers, promoting strategic negotiations and partnerships aligned with corporate guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** · Conduct material and service procurement processes, negotiating price, delivery schedule, freight, quality, and specifications in alignment with the company’s interests; · Support internal departments in drafting technical scopes and procurement specifications, ensuring clarity and completeness of documentation; · Participate in supplier kickoff meetings to align expectations, policies, and corporate procedures; · Conduct market research and develop new suppliers, pursuing cost reduction while maintaining quality; · Perform tax analysis during strategic negotiations, supporting procurement management in commercial and contractual decisions; · Manage supply contracts, ensuring compliance, deadlines, and performance indicators; · Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of proposals, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit ratio; · Ensure adherence to corporate compliance and integrity policies throughout all negotiation and contracting stages. **Requirements and Qualifications** · Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; · Prior experience in this position within the industrial sector, including procurement of Materials, Operational Inputs, Corporate and Administrative Supplies, and Technology & Systems; · Proven experience negotiating with domestic suppliers, preferably in the industrial or mining sectors; · Knowledge of contract management, proposal evaluation, price composition, and tax analysis; · Experience in strategic procurement and process improvement projects; · Familiarity with compliance policies and internal audit processes; · Experience with the Mineriun (Delphi) system is desirable; · Intermediate-level Office proficiency.
